I have a circuit where I used the LM117H AA enabled voltage regulator model and found that the input current in the nominal Monte Carlo run is about triple what the transient analysis shows. I replaced it with the LM117 model (not AA enabled) and the MC run matches transient. Are AA enabled models not to be used with standard MC?
